Meet the Team

  • Jasmin Rothwell

    FOUNDER

    Without Jasmin, this business would not exist.

    Jasmin is fascinated by human nature, she loves understanding the intricacies of an individual.

    Be warned, she’s a Virgo with a Psychology degree. She’ll lovingly call you out on patterns you haven’t even noticed yet.

    According to her mother, she came out of the womb analysing everybody’s behaviour.

    She’s interested in peeling back the layers of societal conditioning, in exploring the overlap between spirituality and science. She encourages critical thinking and wants you to tap into your rebellious nature.

  • Future Dr Jasmin

    HEAD OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

    Obsessed with knowing and learning, pondering and questioning.

    We’re trying to rein her in but it keeps her happy.

    Eventually, we’d love to get the business in a stable enough position so she could have a day off and perhaps learn the harp or how to DJ.

    She is likely to also want to make that into a career too.

    She’d also like to do a masters in something artsy and a doctorate in something to do with psychology or sociology or anthropology.

    HEAD OF YOGA + SOMATICS

    Cancer Moon, Cancer Rising, Cancer Mars, Cancer Venus.

    Jasmin just rocks up and merges with the room. She cares deeply, with intensity.

    She gives you full permission to feel what you need to feel, to move how you need to move, to decide, to explore, to rest, to play.

    Grief, anger, shame, love, light, delight.

    She’s a lot, you’re a lot.

    Within that a-lot-ness, there is aliveness.

    HEAD OF EVENTS AND SALES

    A force of nature, our Head of Events and Sales does not like having targets but is great at doing things when she decides on doing them!

    Driven (when interested), Jasmin curates events for the soul from her heart.

    She creates bold spaces that offer depth, devotion and daftness.

    A Manifestor in Human Design, she goes through periods of offering lots and then requires a space to rest and regenerate. So keep all of your eye’s peeled for her next project.

    She’s also supposed to business develop but we may have to pass that responsibility back to Jasmin Rothwell (Founder).

    MARKETING, PR AND VIBES

    Visionary. Truth-teller.

    Spiritual anarchist because she likes the way the smoke dances.

    Scrolls too much but it’s because her feed is full of interesting, thought-provoking, political RESEARCH.

    We hired her for her creativity and we’re working on her consistency.

    Up for a martini and a cig or two but will get annoyed at you if that means you don’t make it to yoga the next morning.

    Will give unhinged advice.

    Keeps us all humble and down to earth.

  • Every session will be unique and co-created by both of us.

    We might:

    • explore sensation within the body

    • move, rest, stretch, dance or simply scream

    • chat - keeping the focus on the body

    • journal - sometimes guided (no need to share) (unless you fancy it)

    An exploration of depth, daftness and devotion.

    I will hold space for you to express, to meet and hold parts of you that you may not always have a chance to encounter in your every day life.

    • feeling disconnected from their body, joy, themselves, others

    • exhausted by self-improvement culture

    • navigating grief, burnout, identity shifts, or tenderness

    • curious about somatics and embodiment as a form of political resistance

    • craving deeper relationships: inwardly & outwardly

      It supports capacity, choice, and honesty.

  • This is not:

    • therapy or clinical treatment

    • trauma processing at a pace your system can’t hold

    • productivity coaching

    • me telling you how to live

    If you’re in acute crisis or need clinical support, I’ll encourage you to seek that alongside or instead of this work.

    • Sessions are online via zoom - if you would like a session in person, that can be discussed

    • Typically 60 mins - from the first one which will be 75 mins

    • If we have worked together before, you are welcome to book a one off session
